About North Slope Real Estate Company

Owner/broker, Mike Pexton, is the manager of the Yellow Creek Ranch Company and Yellow Creek Shopping Center. He is an active member of the Evanston Wyoming Chamber of Commerce and the Evanston Rotary Club. During the "oil boom" years of the 1980s Mike developed over 500 building lots and various commercial projects in the greater Evanston area. He has been a licensed broker in Wyoming since 1983 and awarded a Utah license in 1996. He is also a consultant to the Two Bear Land and Grazing Company which is the developer of the Two Bear Ranch. Mike moved to Evanston, Wyoming in 1981, after a thirteen-year corporate banking career with Wells Fargo and Union Banks. He is a native of southern California and graduate of California State Polytechnic University.

Associate broker, Larry Meyer, has been licensed in WY since 1977 and is also licensed in UT. He has been with North Slope Real Estate Company since 2006. He is a graduate of Black Hills State University and has a masters in Pyschology and Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Larry has been a resident of Wyoming since 1973. He is an active member of the Evanston Rotary Club and had been selected as "Rotaryian of the Year" two times.






Accountant/receptionist, Mary Lou Pexton, is Mike's wife of 30 years. She is the pleasant and cheerful voice you hear answering the telephone. In addition keeping Mike organized, she handles the accounts for the various properties managed by North Slope Real Estate Company.
