Manorlands, also known as Wilderness Acres, is located about 30 miles south of Evanston WY off State Hwy 150. This project consists of approximately 573 parcels, ranging in size from 1/2 acre to 10 or so acres. A separately owned and controlled water system serves 60 parcels in the western portion of the project during summer months only. A sprinkling of other minor water systems, usually with a dozen or less taps, exist in Manorlands. Septic system permit required by Summit County. Power and telephone buried in all roads in Manorlands. Seasonal access for the majority of parcels. Active homeowner’s association, somewhat rougher roads than Uintalands. Gated, with excellent access to U.S. Forest Service road system. RVs OK with certain conditions; check covenants before you buy.
