PINE PLATEAU ESTATES is located about 29 miles south of Evanston, WY off of State Hwy 150 in Summit County Utah. There are approximately 133 parcels bordering the Bear River west of  the highway. All parcels are about 1/2 acre or so in size. No established water system but many homeowners have joined together to drill wells. Phone and power in road system. Septic system permit required by Summit County. Roads narrow but in good condition. Walk-in access from Highway 150 during winter months. Gated. RVs generally not permitted.
