Yellow Creek Ranch Company

The Yellow Creek Ranch Company was founded in 1981 by the Pexton and Hansen families. The Company continues to be an active in the growth and development of Evanston, Wyoming.  Included in its portfolio of development for over the past 25 years are 700 dwelling units, 140,000 square feet of commercial space, two schools, a church and nursing home. The Company's projects have accounted for approximately 35% of the residential growth of the community during the boom years of the early 1980s.
